Refund Policy

Fixaars aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every service. Refunds are granted under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refund
  • Service was not delivered as described.
  • No-show by a service provider.
  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before appointment.
Non-Refundable Situations
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours).
  • Service completed and approved by User.
Refund Process
  • Request must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.
  • Include job ID, description, and supporting evidence (photos if applicable).
  • Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
