Refund Policy
Fixaars aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every service. Refunds are granted under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Refund
- Service was not delivered as described.
- No-show by a service provider.
- Cancellations made at least 12 hours before appointment.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours).
- Service completed and approved by User.
Refund Process
- Request must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.
- Include job ID, description, and supporting evidence (photos if applicable).
- Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
