Welcome to Fixaars. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fixaars mobile application and associated services.

A. Service Description

Fixaars connects individuals ("Users") with independent contractors ("Fixaars") offering handyman and home repair services. Fixaars does not provide services directly, nor does it employ Fixaars.

B. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fixaars. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

C. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Treat Fixaars and customer service personnel with respect.
• Ensure availability at the time of the service.

D. Fixaars Responsibilities

• Deliver quality services professionally and on time.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and legal compliance.
• Maintain proper tools and safety protocols.

E. Payments and Fees

All payments are handled via secure third-party processors integrated into the app. Users agree to pay for services rendered. Fixaars agree to pay service fees as outlined in their agreement.

F. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Users may cancel appointments through the app at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

G. Limitation of Liability

Fixaars is a platform and assumes no liability for services rendered. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or personal injury resulting from services provided by independent contractors.

H. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
